How to Show Your Office Map on Screens with BuzzBlender

1. Prepare the map

Finish your floor plan, add names to desks and set a "You are here" point at the spot where the screen hangs, so every route starts from there.

2. Copy the HTML code

In the editor press Share map in the top bar. In the block "HTML page for screens (BuzzBlender)" press Copy HTML code. You can also press Download HTML to keep a file.

3. Add it in BuzzBlender

Open BuzzBlender.com and follow these steps:

• Go to Media and choose Web Page
• Select HTML embed
• Paste the code into "HTML code for embedded app"
• Press Add Embed, then add the item to your screen playlist

4. Keep screens up to date

When the layout changes, open Share map again and press Push my latest changes to this link. Every screen shows the new version automatically — no need to paste the code again.

5. Tips for screens

Use a landscape screen, keep zone names short and large, and test the page once on the real screen from a few metres away.
